- Economic Diversification Fund investment: a non-refundable investment of at least $200 000 for a single applicant to the Economic Diversification Fund; $250,000 for a main applicant and up to three qualifying dependents. $25 000 is required for each applicant applying as qualifying dependent under 18 years of age; $40 000 is required for each applicant applying as qualifying dependent over 18 years of age.
- Real Estate investment: An investment in an approved real estate development with a minimum value of $200 000 (can be sold after three years on the open market and after five years to a new citizenship by investment investor).
- Temporary residency: It can be obtained within 3-4 months, and helps with the citizenship process.
