Grenada

A Caribbean island nation and a member of the Commonwealth of Nations,
Grenada started its citizenship by investment program fairly recently,
in 2013. With a passport that enables visa-free entry to 143 countries,
and an E-2 visa treaty with the United States (which opens up a path
towards residence there), Grenada has proven to be one of the more
popular targets for global citizens.
