options:

  • National Economic Fund investment: $240,000 for the main applicant and up to 3 qualifying dependents. For each additional dependent aged 18 or older, an additional $20,000 is required; for each additional dependent up to age of 18, an additional $10,000 is required.
  • Enterprise investment: A minimum investment of USD 250,000 in an approved enterprise or project, plus applicable administrative fees, covering the main applicant and up to three qualifying dependents.
  • Real Estate investment: Acquisition of real estate worth at least USD 300,000 from an approved development. The property must be held for a minimum of five years. This option applies to the main applicant and any number of dependents.
  • Government bonds: An investment of at least USD 300,000 in non-interest-bearing government bonds, along with a USD 50,000 administrative fee. The bonds must be held for a minimum of five years.

 

  • Visas: Short-term visa enables a stay of up to three months, while the long-term visa allows for stays of up to one year. Both have a waiting period of one month.
